Migration of Nortel Support Services to Avaya Global Services
Avaya is migrating Nortel Support Services into the Avaya Support processes and systems with new contact details for our NES heritage partners and customers. The switchover is targeted for August 2010. An overlap period — where both the existing and new contact information is available — will occur to ensure partners and customers have time to adjust to the new contact information.
